The industrial technology department at John Burroughs School launches pumpkins from a trebuchet to raise money for their school's car to compete in a statewide high-mileage vehicle contest.

This is a fun idea, but PLEASE BE SAFE! Move the cars and people back. And don't lean over the trebuchet arm when cocking the weapon. A slip by one of the people pulling it down, and someone could get a nasty head wound.Nov 17, 2009
