Veterans pay respect to homeless Vets

The Homeless Veterans Burial Program was founded nine years ago by veterans Bill Branson and Joe Frank. Since then, 75 homeless St. Louis vets have received full military burial.

Marc Milne and I were friends for over 30 years. He just stopped keeping in touch...I found this looking for anything I could find on him...I have passed this info on to some other Coast Guard friends...thank you for all that you did...he was loved
